We first discover what are the goals and desire…….what does this company want to become. Then we discover the internal barriers. Like relationship coaching this involves key players willingness to look deeply at personal as well as organizational issues. We then use a series of tools to create the desired transformation. This includes letting go of that which no longer serves to make way for that which will allow your organization or company to “fulfill it’s mission”. This is an extremely dynamic, transformational process both for the organization and the individuals involved.
