Throughout life’s journey we can be fortunate enough to meet someone who impacts our lives. Greatly. That person, for me, is Julianna Jaffe Levin. Seeking a Life Coach can be challenging. We perhaps, bare our souls, share our secrets and voice our struggles. To a stranger. Yet as the saying goes: you are a stranger, here but once. Julianna is kind, compassionate, caring, sympathetic, honest, wise and to my core, I know, with all my heart, she believed in me.

Most of my professional and volunteer life included programming. When I found out Julianna was a Life Coach………….., I asked if she would present a program for our monthly group. I never heard her as a presenter, only as a warm, well-spoken and knowledgeable person. I decided to ask her to speak. Before she agreed, she asked me a few questions: the average age of the group, activity level, what topics seemed to interest them the most. I chose from her list of many topics and she tailored it to our group.

In my years of working with Julianna, I couldn’t have imagined I would learn – really choose – how to change my life. A choice that I believe is available to every one of us. I remember during our first session her hearts energy and her availability to meet me where I was, was palpable. As much as I’d like to say she has changed my life, I acknowledge the work I have done, though know it is a direct reflection of Julianna’s grace, availability to listen, to learn about my heart and honor my truth. It’s a space she holds, with trust and grace, for you to unpack your story; and it is a gift.
